Each new resident takes their own time to settle in. All of our team will visit you and introduce themselves within your fist few days at Blenheim House. We take the time to understand each individual, your life story and your hopes and goals for the future.

The home is set in grounds of a large mature garden with plenty of outside space to enjoy walks on warmer days and sit in peace and quiet to enjoy a drink with friends and family.

There is everything you could want here, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do more! Our entire team is here to help, listen and support – all you need do is ask.

As you would expect from an outstanding care home, we have some amazing facilities available to our residents and we’re always looking for ways to enhance the day-to-day experience for residents and families alike.

Fine Dining Room

Celebrating something special? Host a party for friends and family in our own fine-dining experience. A home is not a home without a place to host, so whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or family reunion, celebrate in style at Blenheim!

Brasserie, bar and cafes

With multiple dining spaces, residents can enjoy full brasserie service at Rope Makers Brasserie, or head to the Upper cup or Mosaic café for a more relaxed catch up over a cuppa and some cake.

In-house Pub

A favourite at Blenheim House is our very own pub! Residents like to meet at the Sandford Arms for an afternoon drink and socialise with other residents, family members and friends. Join us on a tour so you can see for yourself!

Beautiful landscaped gardens

Our gardens have been beautifully landscaped with our residents in mind, so whether you want to put your gardening gloves on, sit out in the sunshine, watch an afternoon of entertainment or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, the garden is a great place to be.

Hair Salon & Nail Bar

Feeling good about yourself doesn’t end with the gym – looking how you want to is all part of your well-being and your hair and nails are well taken care of at Badminton Place, at the Trymm salon!

Sweet Shop

Situated on our Clover Street community, residents are welcome to take trips to see our Activities Team on a daily basis to select their favourite sweets and luxury items.

Music Lounge

Calling all maestros! Our music hub (aka The Feathers Lounge) welcomes residents and families to join an afternoon of musical fun. We even have our very own baby grand piano!

Cinema

We’re proud of our extensive library here at Blenheim. Residents enjoy the opportunity to lose themselves in a book, whether it’s one of their favourites or something new.

Our events

Our residents enjoy a whole host of different events throughout the year, all created and managed by our fantastic events team. From karaoke, entertainers, quizzes and sports days, we ensure we’re always enjoying ourselves.

Residential Care

Our ethos is to provide an environment where our residents can lead a fulfilling life and remain as independent as possible, while respecting our residents’ capabilities and offering support from our experienced carers when needed.

Nursing Care

Our nursing-led care is available for those who require specialised support from a Registered Nurse. Our Nurses provide practical and personal support as well as assisting with our residents’ health care appointments, so there is a continuity of care at all times for those that need it.

Dementia Care

With over 850,000 diagnosed with dementia in the UK, Badminton Place can offer specialist dementia care to individuals that require it. We dedicate specific spaces and carers to help our residents maintain their psychological and physical wellbeing, supporting their interaction with their surroundings.
