Roses of Recognition.
Our unique way to say thank you to our Majesticare Heroes.
Developed by an idea from our Finance Director, Steve – we have named 5 individual “Roses of Recognition” as a unique way to show our immense gratitude to members of the Blenheim House team.
Taking the Latin meaning of their company values Happiness, Heart, Family, Trust & Creativity to name the Roses, Blenheim House Managers nominated a member of their team, each week to celebrate & recognise their dedication, hard work and positivity they continue to bring to their Residents and their colleagues.
The “Beatus” Rose meaning to be blessed, happy & fortunate was awarded to Samantha Hunt, Care Assistant. “Sam greets every day and every challenge with a smile on her face. She has been a constant source of positivity and an amazing team player!”.
“Fiducia” Rose, representing Majesticare’s value of Trust was awarded to Suzanne and Clare, Care Assistants “New to our team, Sue has done an amazing job ensuring that residents were cared for to very high standards. She has carried out any duty outstandingly and is truly someone the whole team can trust”
“Clare is a team member we can always rely on and trust. She never hesitates to pick up extra shifts for her co-workers and we can always trust her to achieve the best standards of care.”
The third Rose “Delectio” meaning Love and Goodwill, Majesticare’s Heart value, was awarded to Jackie O’Shea and Ida Popa. ” Jackie and Ida have such a positive impact, everyone feels their presence! They really make the difference to the morale of everyone living and working at Blenheim House.”
The “Conficiens” Rose representing creativity was presented to Harriette Carpenter to say thank you for the incredible job in supporting our staff and residents! “Harriette contributed such fantastic ideas to our Clover Street refurbishment making it a truly enjoyable place for our residents and staff.“
Paula Eaves was recognised for the “Necessitudines” Rose, meaning the Majesticare Value of Family. Home Manager Mirko nominated Paula. “Paula puts her heart into everything she does and engages our residents with the same heart-filled approach as she does with her own family members.”
Caren Burton, our Head of Innovation & Happiness commented: “This is such a wonderful idea to dedicate a Rose and a gift that will continue to blossom with a beautiful reminder of the happiness they have brought to others for years to come”.
