At Blenheim House Care Home, we’re dedicated to always keeping our team and residents as safe as possible with our robust infection control measures and we are very pleased to announce that at the beginning of 2021 we introduced twice-weekly (LFT) Lateral Flow Testing for all our teams.

We now conduct two (LFT) Lateral Flow Tests each week and one PCR Test for every member of staff. When you combined with an abundance of PPE, and enhanced infection control and deep cleaning measures throughout our home, we’re confident our CQC recognised Infection Control Measures remain of the highest standard.
Dedicated testing rooms & fully trained teams.
Throughout our home, we have set up dedicated LFT testing stations and we’ve even introduced a safe, testing room. Everyone in our team has received NHS endorsed Online Competency Training with one of our trained Testing Coordinators on hand to shadow them through the procedure.
We have 6 Testing Coordinators within Blenheim House meaning that there’s always support there for our teams.
