“I believed it was time to share my experience and help people in their later years rediscover the joy of food- I get a great sense of achievement in seeing residents here at Blenheim House enjoy our Fine Dining Experience. I also love to meet with our residents on a personal basis, to learn about their own food preferences and them as a person- this knowledge really helps me to create personalised dishes that bring a smile of delight when they taste the food our team have created.

Sorin is motivated to provide the very best dining experience for our residents which stems from his love of his own grandparents who are no longer with him, saying;
“I consider our residents to be an extension of my own family, and I cherish every minute spent with them- a Catering Manager is vital to ensuring our residents’ dietary requirements are met, and enjoyed- adding vitality to their day and encouraging social interaction with fellow residents.
Away from work, Sorin is a keen sportsperson and enjoys climbing, football and tennis. He also loves to read French novels and travelling to France. Welcome Sorin and well done on an amazing start to your Majesticare career!
