Blenheim House celebrating our new Clover Street
On the 30th of March we celebrated the new look Clover Street, with a grand Mad Hatter tea party. The residents and family along with staff all enjoyed the tea party with themed style food which included marshmallow cupcakes, carrot-shaped sandwiches and much much more.  Everyone got involved by dressing up as a character from Alice in wonderland.  From all of the team here at Blenheim House we would like to thank the Mayor of Melksham Terri Welch for opening our new street.
Clover Street Grand Opening
Its a very exciting time here  at Blenheim House with our new Clover Street opening. Our new look has been designed around the needs of our Dementia residents, Clover Street if vibrant and fun.  The Mayor of Melksham Terri Welsh did the honourers and opened our new street.  We had a Mad Hatters Tea Party where the staff all dressed up, it really does feel like one big family here.  The opening was a massive success with lots of laughter, music and great food.
Big warm welcome to our newest resident
Jim moved into Blenheim House a few days ago, it was also his Birthday and to make sure he received a warm welcome we arranged private dinning for Jim and his family a lovely three course meal washed down with lots of bubbles.  He then enjoyed an afternoon of entertainment with the other residents.  Welcome Jim from all the team and residents here at Blenheim House.
Burns Night in Style at Blenheim House
When we decided to extend Blenheim House we added a pub.... Well here you go - some lovely photographs of The Sampford Arms being put to good use on Burns Night this year. We had the obligatory haggis, neeps and tatties and a dram of Whisky to warm the cockles.  If you would like to come and sample it for yourself, pop down to Blenheim House in Melksham, you'll be sure of a warm welcome!
Cooking in the Upper Cup tea room
