Well done to Paula Eaves who has been awarded this weeks Rose of Recognition by Majesticare!

Paula is a relatively new addition to our Activities Team, having joined Blenheim House in February 2020, she has hit the ground running and runs fantastic activities on our Willows floor.

Paula receives the Heart rose because of her exceptional approach to making sure our residents are engaged in activities that mean something to them- these are called our Just for Me moments.

Paula puts her heart into everything she does , and engages our residents with the same heart-filled approach as she does with her own family members. During restrictions she has taken to her role with initiative, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude- she is a fantastic addition to the Majesticare family!
